    The challenge

    The founder came to Aspen burned by a previous vendor that took his money, built a funnel around one strategy, then pushed a full pivot that wasted a year of investment. Lead quality was terrible — out of 15 leads, only 1 cleared his threshold. His previous platforms didn't integrate with approved compliance systems, creating regulatory exposure. He had no video content, ad fatigue was setting in, and 60+ hour weeks left no room to work on the business.

    The approach

    Aspen rebuilt everything from scratch on compliant platforms. We delivered a full funnel rebuild — new website, a "Taxes in Retirement" lead magnet, a "Family CFO" messaging framework, qualification quiz, and booking flow. We produced 12–15 professional videos a month including ad creative and a long-form VSL, stood up compliant email, SMS, and review-request automation, optimized his CRM and onboarding workflows, and ran monthly accountability meetings tuning the engine month over month.

    The outcome

    The firm added $24M in net new assets in a single year, growing roughly $2M in AUM per month. The founder's personal production exceeded $500K, beating his $300K goal, and he closed his largest client ever at $12M. The referral engine generated 53 referrals in ten months, converting 20 into new clients — all while the founder stepped into the role of owner working on the business.
